A dedicated program will punctuate life at the French Pavilion for six months. It will be based on the Pavilion's editorial theme—a hymn to love—as well as the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Temporary exhibitions

Several temporary exhibitions will be held during the six months of Expo 2025 Osaka. The temporary exhibitions will showcase living skills, heritage and contemporary creations, as well as immersive live experiences, in a dedicated space on the ground floor of the France Pavilion.

  • THE MUSÉE-VALISE : THE IMAGINARY SEA

    From 31 July to 04 August 2025

    The Fondation Carmignac presents the Musée-Valise: The Imaginary Sea, a miniature travelling museum designed as a modern-day cabinet of curiosities for hospitals and prisons.

  • ELLE International celebrates 80 years of commitment to women

    From 04 to 11 August 2025

    Thirty-one women artists have been invited to create unique works, inspired by ELLE's core values. These creations will be on display at the Pavillon France from August 4 to 11.

  • CHAUMET, AN ODE TO LIVING NATURE

    From 01 September to 13 October 2025

    The Maison presents the installation "Chaumet, an ode to living nature," within the France Pavilion, in partnership with the LVMH group.
